February 16 , 12:30 am – 3:30 pm | Dried Flower Wreath Making Class

work shop

We are so excited to bring the farmer/artists Dru and Hannah from Full Belly Farm in California up to Idaho to host this amazing wreath making workshop.

Dru (the guru of dried flower wreaths) has been making her beautiful dried flower wreaths for years and has shipped them all over the country. In the world of Organic farming, Dru is one of the founders of the local flower movement and her wreaths are works of art. Dru will be joined by her daughter Hannah.

Hannah has taken her mother’s passion for flowers and grown it into a major part of their farm with her amazing floral design skills.

These two amazing women will be driving a truck load of dried flowers up to Idaho to teach this class. You will make your own wreath from dried flowers from their fields and you will take it with you. This class will help you get started in preparing for, what flowers you want to grow in your garden this year to dry for your own wreaths. They will show you tricks and help guide you to make a beautiful creation, just in time for spring. You will get to take your amazing creation home with you. This is part of the Ada Soil and Water Conservation Districts Harvest and Hearth workshop.
