Abby Fuxan our chef and Farm to Fork Chef is incredible and she makes the most amazing pasta so naturally I asked her, “Want to teach a pasta making class?” She said Yes!!! Abby is a trained chef that perfected the art of pasta making while working at Spinasse in Seattle. Voted one of the top five Italian restaurants in the nation. Literally, it is the softest, silkiest pasta I have ever tried. Abby will teach you how to make noodles and a stuffed pasta. She will also teach how to make a tomato sauce. We will have a pasta lunch together and you will get to take some pasta home.
